Sunday Slow Down (Cape Town)

Sunday Slow Down
Sunday, March 29th | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM | Amara Moon, Hout Bay
A nervous system reset for the week ahead

Before the week begins asking things from you, give yourself the space to come back to yourself.

Sunday Slow Down is a 2-hour conscious breathwork experience designed to help you release the buildup of the week, settle your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself before the next one begins. This is a space to breathe, soften, and down regulate so you can move into the week ahead feeling more clear, grounded, and alive.

This is not about performance or forcing a breakthrough. It’s about creating the conditions for your body to unwind, your heart to soften, and your system to remember what regulation feels like.

Over these two hours, you’ll have space to arrive, breathe, release, rest, and integrate so you leave feeling more ready for the week ahead while also building greater resilience and capacity for stress over time.

Because the breath is powerful. It can shift your state, reconnect body and mind, and help move you from survival mode into presence. And from that place, the week ahead can be met very differently.

Come as you are. Leave more connected.

Sunday Slow Down is a space to soften, reset, and begin again.

We’ll gather on Sunday, March 29th from 10am–12pm at Amara Moon, nestled in a beautiful cabin in Hout Bay that offers the perfect setting to slow down, breathe, and reset. Exchange: R450 per person.

Elle Winsted

Elle created The Courageous Life to remind people of their courage so they can live by design - through breathwork journeys and retreats that bring them back to feeling truly alive and aligned.

She supports people in moving out of survival mode and autopilot into deep connection so they can actively create a life that’s designed on purpose, not just endured. She works with those who look fine on the outside, but inside feel burned out, disconnected, restless or stuck in the high-functioning hustle that keeps them performing but not actually living.

With over 300+ hours of Conscious Connected Breathwork training, Elle provides 1:1 sessions, small groups, and retreats like Wild Within in South Africa. She guides Conscious Connected Breathwork (Rebirthing lineage + 9D Breathwork - sessions coming soon) to regulate the nervous system and release what the body has been holding so people can move out of the confines of their minds and soften into the expansive space of their hearts.

Shaped by a decades of life lived across countries and cultures, her work is rooted in one truth: lasting transformation happens in the body. The result is a return to our authentic selves and a life filled with clarity, steadiness, aliveness and the courage to live it our way.

She is a Colorado native and is based out of Cape Town, South Africa. She facilitates breathwork in person and online to connect people to a powerful and diverse global community.
